We were caught in a horrible snowstorm and Josh was so gracious to let us into his place last minute. Great home! Great location! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Big Rapids!

Joshua is a very attentive host, and provided a fully renovated, clean, relaxing space for our family to gather in and enjoy! The sleeping space is roomy and each bedroom has access to its own bathroom which was an extremely nice convenience!! Each bedroom has its own TV and closet! There is a bedroom off the kitchen, but this best suited for heavy sleepers or night owls/early birds of the group so next time we will give our college age kids that room 🙃! Great location and walking distance to downtown Big Rapids and Ferris State! Will definitely be back !

Joshua is great. Communicating is great and he is always responsive. Staying here is like staying at home. Very comfortable. Everything is always great! I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal for my sonwe ate and watched football and it was wonderful. Priceless. I stay here evertime is visit my son and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. 💯

We enjoyed our weekend stay to visit with our daughter and to attend a football game. We have stayed at local hotels and thought the extra room, location, and extras Joshua left for us (coffee, ice, bathroom toiletries) were a very homey touch. Have booked to stay again for graduation weekend!

We have stayed here multiple times and have never once been disappointed! We bring our two dogs and they are always welcome. Joshua is not intrusive but always send a welcome message. The house is spotless! Even smelled clean! I would highly recommend!

Our stay here was perfect for the family wedding we attended - less than 5 minutes to the venue. Spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable, this Airbnb was so much better than a hotel room! Plenty of room for five adults without feeling cramped or on top of each other. Joshua was quick to respond to any message and made sure all instructions were easy to follow. He checked on us to make sure we got into the place easily, that we had everything we needed and answered every question we had. I highly recommend Joshua's Oak Ave location if you need a comfortable place to stay while in Big Rapids. Our weekend there was perfect!

I was working at the hospital and this was an absolutely perfect location. It was close to the highway, hospital, restaurants, etc. The space has been beautifully renovated, bed was comfortable, and the front porch as a welcome reprieve after a long day. Highly recommend, and I am staying here again!

I would highly recomend this home to stay at. What sets it apart, in my opinion, is that you have 2 duplexes to share with those that are staying there, one of which will provide more privacy for two of the guests, should you need it. Overall, a very comfortable home to stay in. I would not hesitate to stay there should we return in the future for another excursion on the White Pine Bike Trail.
